If you're a parent with more than one child training with the same coach, attending the same academy, or enrolled in the same camp, there's good news—you don’t need to juggle multiple logins or accounts.

With CoachNow, it’s easy to manage everything from a single account.

Here’s how it works—and a few tips to make your experience smooth from the start.

One Account, Multiple Spaces

When families have multiple children involved in the same program, often the coach will only have one email address on file for the whole family. Instead of creating separate accounts for each child, many families find it easiest to use just one CoachNow account and create separate Spaces for each child.

For example, if your last name is Smith, your account might be called “Smith Family,” and then inside the account, you’ll have Spaces labeled “James,” “Mark,” and “Peter” for each child.

This works especially well when kids are younger (typically under 10) and don’t yet have their own email addresses.

Tips for Setting Up Your Family Account

If you’re just getting started or want to update your account to reflect your whole family, here are a few quick setup suggestions:

  • Name your account something like “Smith Family.” You can do this by going to your Account Settings and changing the first name to “Smith” and the last name to "Family”.

  • Profile picture: Since the same profile image will appear across all Spaces, avoid using a photo of just one child. Either upload a picture of all the kids together or choose a more generic image that represents the family.

  • Name each Space clearly. Even though the account has one name, each child’s Space can be named individually (e.g., "James Smith" or just "James"). This helps both you and the coach keep everything organized.

If you’d prefer each child to have their own account, especially as they get older, that’s totally possible too. You’ll just need to use different email addresses for each one, and the coach can then invite the appropriate people (parents and kids) to each Space individually.

A Note About Groups

One thing to keep in mind is that Group access is tied to accounts, not Spaces.

So even if you have multiple kids using the same account, you'll only see one membership in any group your coach invites you to.

For example, if all three of your children are attending the same group session, the group will still only show “Smith Family” as one member, not James, Mark, and Peter individually. But you'll still have access to all the group content and you can view it on behalf of each child.

Using a single account for your whole family is a simple and effective way to stay organized in CoachNow, especially when your kids are young or involved in the same programs. With clearly labeled Spaces and a little customization, you'll have everything you need in one place.
