Product Innovation Manager
CoachNow is looking for a Saas Product Innovation Manager to lead a new division of CoachNow's product line.
If you're someone that loves high-performance athletics and has a strong background in building out SaaS products from start to finish this could be for you.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll act as the conduit between our current customers and our development and design teams. In other words, you'll be responsible for implementing valuable insights from our most valued members into our new products.
While there will be an opportunity to do some simple prototyping and web design within this job, this is not a design position or a programming position. Instead, your main focus will be to plan, guide, and supervise feature development from conception through launch.

- You're a product leader who can motivate the product, engineering, and design teams with your passion and vision as a team leader with a proven track record for executing iteratively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- You're excited at the prospect of mastering a subject and working in it day-to-day. You take pride in learning a product in its entirety, not just at a high level but through all its intricacies and edge cases
- You're organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at one time. You have the ability to switch gears quickly and re-adjust your focus as needed
- Your writing skills are top-notch. The product requirements you provide to our design and development teams will need to be clear and precise, outlining both the need for each feature and also the details of how each one should be implemented
- You're a collaborator and team player. Your joy comes from assisting in the creation of the best work possible - recognizing and implementing good ideas wherever they may be found, placing the good of the product ahead of the need for personal recognition
- You're able to work US time zones
- Spearheading new product/feature launches
- Interviewing current customers and organizing/disseminating their feedback
- Working with developers, designers, and management team to scope products and create/execute development timeline
- 3+ years experience in product management on a SaaS product in an Agile environment
- 1+ years experience in product management developing and implementing Integrations and API-focused features
- Experience writing product documentation
- Understand the basics of web development (front-end and server-side) and how the separate pieces come together to create the whole
- Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
- Outstanding data analysis, written, and oral communication skills
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience (Master's/MBA a plus)
- Experience in sports as an athlete and/or coach
- You have experience working in responsive web design
- You have experience in app design
- You have experience in working remotely (and loved it)
