For those not in the know, Andy is a UKPGA Advanced PGA Professional and was the  1st ever Trackman Master in China. 

He boasts previous work at Evian, Doral, and Pebble Beach before finding his way to China to start up with Shanghai's largest golf academy in 2014.

He is the Director of Instruction for a team of almost 20 coaches in China's largest city, and has had an immensely positive impact on ushering in the next generation of Golf in China. 

Over the course of the conversation,  Andy and Spencer dive into what it's like to coach abroad, how to create "programs", rather than "lessons", and important topics for compounding consistency.
