Let’s get to it. Here’s a step-by-step guide for a custom bulk upload.
Step 1: Create Your Spreadsheet
First things first, we'll need a Spreadsheet file containing the athlete information you want to upload.
You can easily create this file using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

To use the template, just download in your preferred format.
Step 2: Provide All Relevant Athlete Information
When we upload your csv, we can leverage any and all of CoachNow’s robust communication features to organize and optimize your account.
The only two columns we need are the Athletes’ full names and email addresses. With that info, we can build a Space for each of the athletes.
However, we strongly recommend you also create a Template with a welcome message that automatically applies to the new Spaces we create. This minimizes confusion and lets your athletes know they’ve landed in the right spot.
You can also ask us to create specific Lists, Groups, and even custom Channels to organize your athletes effectively. Simply specify who goes where and we’ll take care of the rest.

Step 4: Notify Athletes and Wait for an Email Confirmation
After you submit the sheet above, tell your athletes they will receive an invite to CoachNow shortly.
Once the upload is complete on our end, our team will reach out directly with a confirmation.
At that point, we’ll also let you know if we ran into any issues.
In most cases, we will complete the upload within one business day.
